Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in spoken and written English (graduates majoring in e-commerce or English are preferred);
2. More than half a year of foreign trade work experience is preferred, familiar with the foreign trade process and the operation of the ALIBABA e-commerce platform (or outstanding fresh graduates);
3. Strong communication skills, able to deal with problems in communication with guests well, and have the ability to take orders independently;
4. Strong execution, optimistic, positive and upward;
5. Love the foreign trade industry and desire to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for putting products on and off the shelves at Ali International Station and developing new overseas customers;
2. Negotiate and sign contracts for foreign trade orders;
3. Prepare foreign trade export documents, review export documents, and order management;
4. Tracking and management of foreign trade orders;
5. Organize the information of target customers, and do a good job in timely feedback and processing of customer requirements;
6. Proper handling of unexpected situations in the process of contract performance;
7. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superior leaders;
8. Regularly participate in industry exhibitions and trade fairs
